Custom homes and renovations in the Carolinas

A home should suit the way you live. The Hive Development Group brings design coordination, home building and property improvements to Eastern North Carolina and Eastern South Carolina, from the coast to communities approximately 100 miles inland.

How we help

Know what happens next

1. Tell us about your project

Share the location, your priorities and where you are in the process. Existing plans are useful, but they are not required for an initial conversation.

2. Define the work

Review the site or existing home, develop the scope and identify the information needed for meaningful pricing.

3. Agree on the next stage

Confirm responsibilities, deliverables and the next commitment before moving ahead.

Good decisions need a clear view of the whole project

A floor plan affects the way a home sits on the land. Material choices affect the budget. Site conditions affect access, drainage and the work required before construction. We bring those decisions into the conversation early so you understand how they connect.

That same approach applies to a single room, a new home or a larger property project.

Let’s talk about what you want to build

Tell us what you have in mind and where the property is located. We will review the information and help define an appropriate next step.

Questions before you begin

Do I need plans before contacting HDG?

No. An initial conversation can start with your goals, property location and a few reference images. If you already have plans, send them so we can understand the current design and identify any further information needed.

What if I am still looking for land?

Contact us while you are considering your options. The site affects the home, access, utility connections and overall scope. Share the location and any survey or site information available so we can discuss the next review.
